Eight months ago, I embarked on a journey with no final destination, immersing myself not only in the external world but also in an inner journey where my goal was clear: to find more answers from within myself. At first, I was very afraid—afraid to let go of what I had and what I had built through dedication, hard work, and effort. But all those possessions and things were nothing more than part of an illusion that my mind had believed all along that I needed, due to all those conditionings or beliefs imposed on me since I was young. And so, even with that fear and insecurity, I left everything behind and embarked on that journey of self-discovery with no expectations or direction. Just trusting that my intuition would lead me to where my soul would find its essence and inner peace again.

Returning to the land that saw me born and raised was the first call, to reconnect with the roots and somehow the identity and idea that I formed of myself there. Thus, I returned to El Salvador, where I also felt the need to connect or reconnect with my family after so many years of hiding and not showing my authentic self. It is difficult to present yourself to the people you love the most without masks or layers and simply be your essence because they only remember who you were when you had forgotten to be yourself. But it is possible to forget the past and start anew, changing from within and showing yourself as you are, being loving, kind, and compassionate with yourself first and with each and every one of the beings you love, with all their light and shadows.

Then I was called to connect with the roots of my ancestors, those who planted the seed for a whole generation of warriors to flourish. That’s how I traveled to Guatemala to connect with them on Mayan lands, where many shadows and fears came to light. I could feel their fear, their pain, and everything they were forced to live through, but at the same time, I saw their love, their teachings, and their humble way of life. With those contrasts, I worked on my own insecurities and fears coming from my subconscious and passed down to me through DNA. Thus, I was able to relive all of that in my cells to consciously be able to change it through a lot of yoga, meditation, and ceremonies with cacao and the fire father. Mother cacao spoke to me and gave me her blessing to share her medicine with love and humility, and the fire father gave me the strength and power I needed to return to my power. It was a very tough and strong experience to process, but my higher self and brave heart remained strong to process everything that came to me and thus be able to cleanse and send much light to that shadow that my subconscious had been carrying from generation to generation.

Finally, after cleansing the layers of my roots, my family, and my ancestors, I was finally able to connect with my higher self, that divine intelligence that our soul contains and that gives the spark to our being to manifest the deepest desires of its soul. To undergo this process, Mother Earth called me to the purest of her being, and I arrived at a magical and connected space in the jungle of Costa Rica surrounded by mountains and rivers, where my whole being could finally rest and nourish itself with the pure and fresh water of its rivers, the gleaming green of its trees and mountains, the bright colors of all its flowers, and the beautiful people who were responsible for giving life to that special space.

It was here where the true answers of my inner being began to emerge, and my connection with myself intensified and aligned with my soul and spirit, and I was able to reconnect with my essence and my light. Finally, sharing from a place of love and humility my gifts and talents, teaching yoga, art, and meditation. Every day in every class, I could feel complete, full of much love to expand to everyone and everything around me.

I now feel full, complete, and finally free from all those layers that were preventing me from connecting with my authenticity, with my essence, and my soul. I am immensely grateful to every soul, sacred space, and place on our beautiful mother earth that I crossed paths with and had the opportunity to be during this journey of personal growth.

This is just the beginning of my initiation to fulfill 100% the mission and vision of my soul, solely connected to the present moment, to my inner guidance, and to the divine source of the universe to create heaven on earth.
