There are moments in life when everything begins to make sense. Not because you have all the answers, but because your heart finally feels aligned with the path beneath your feet.

After more than seven years of traveling, working, learning, creating, and immersing myself in the worlds of holistic wellness, hospitality, art, community, and personal transformation, I have arrived at a new beginning. One that feels less about becoming someone new, and more about remembering who I have always been.

Today, I begin a new chapter of Viajera Libre. A chapter rooted in service, nature and love.

I am currently living in the Costa Rican jungle, where I have begun a Holistic Practitioner Residency on an organic cacao farm. Here, surrounded by ancient trees, rivers, wildlife, and the wisdom of Mother Earth, I am deepening my relationship with the Spirit of Cacao, learning to care for the land, cultivate organic cacao, and understand the sacred journey from seed to cup.

This experience is teaching me that healing begins with reciprocity. Before receiving from the Earth, we learn to care for her. Before sharing medicine, we learn to honor its origin. Before guiding others, we become lifelong students ourselves.

That understanding is transforming the vision of Viajera Libre.

What once began as a travel blog has evolved into a living platform for holistic wellness, conscious travel, creativity, community, and personal transformation. It is becoming a space where movement, meditation, art, nature, ceremonies, storytelling, and conscious experiences come together to help people reconnect with their authentic essence.

My mission is not to tell people who they should become. My mission is to create spaces where they can remember who they already are.

Through holistic therapies, yoga, cacao ceremonies, creative expression, retreats, conscious adventures, and community gatherings, I hope to inspire a slower, more intentional way of living. A life where freedom is measured not by how far we travel, but by how deeply we connect with ourselves, with each other, and with the Earth.

This journey is also one of integration. Honoring both the softness of the lotus and the strength of the dragon. Balancing the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine within. Walking with an open heart while allowing purpose, discipline, and service to guide each step forward. As Viajera Libre continues to evolve, so do I.

I don’t have every detail mapped out, and perhaps that’s the greatest gift. Life continues to invite me into trust, curiosity, and surrender. Every experience, every ceremony, every conversation, every mountain, jungle, river, and road has become part of a greater story that I now feel called to share.

Un Nuevo Capítulo y Visión para Viajera Libre…

Hay momentos en la vida en los que todo comienza a tener sentido. No porque tengas todas las respuestas, sino porque tu corazón finalmente se siente alineado con el camino que pisan tus pies.

Después de más de siete años viajando, trabajando, aprendiendo, creando y sumergiéndome en los mundos del bienestar holístico, la hospitalidad, el arte, la comunidad y la transformación personal, he llegado a un nuevo comienzo. Uno que se siente menos como convertirme en alguien nuevo y más como recordar quién siempre he sido.

Hoy comienza un nuevo capítulo para Viajera Libre. Un capítulo con raíces en el servicio, la naturaleza y el amor.

Actualmente vivo en la selva de Costa Rica, donde he comenzado una residencia como practicante holística en una finca orgánica de cacao. Aquí, rodeada de árboles ancestrales, ríos, vida silvestre y la sabiduría de la Madre Tierra, estoy profundizando mi relación con el espíritu del cacao, aprendiendo a cuidar la tierra, cultivar cacao orgánico y comprender el viaje sagrado que recorre desde la semilla hasta la taza.

Esta experiencia me está enseñando que la sanación comienza con la reciprocidad. Antes de recibir de la Tierra, aprendemos a cuidarla. Antes de compartir la medicina, aprendemos a honrar su origen. Antes de guiar a otros, nos convertimos primero en estudiantes de por vida.

Esa comprensión está transformando la visión de Viajera Libre.

Lo que alguna vez comenzó como un blog de viajes ha evolucionado hasta convertirse en una plataforma viva dedicada al bienestar holístico, los viajes conscientes, la creatividad, la comunidad y la transformación personal. Se está convirtiendo en un espacio donde el movimiento, la meditación, el arte, la naturaleza, las ceremonias, las historias y las experiencias conscientes se unen para ayudar a las personas a reconectar con su esencia auténtica.

Mi misión no es decirle a las personas en quién deberían convertirse. Mi misión es crear espacios donde puedan recordar quiénes ya son.

A través de terapias holísticas, yoga, ceremonias de cacao, expresión creativa, retiros, aventuras conscientes y encuentros en comunidad, espero inspirar una forma de vivir más lenta, más consciente y con mayor intención. Una vida donde la libertad no se mida por la distancia que recorremos, sino por la profundidad con la que conectamos con nosotros mismos, con los demás y con la Tierra.

Este camino también es un proceso de integración. De honrar tanto la suavidad del loto como la fuerza del dragón. De equilibrar lo Divino Femenino y lo Divino Masculino que habitan en nuestro interior. De caminar con el corazón abierto mientras permitimos que el propósito, la disciplina y el servicio guíen cada paso hacia adelante.

Así como Viajera Libre continúa evolucionando, yo también lo hago.

No tengo cada detalle planeado, y quizá ese sea el mayor regalo. La vida sigue invitándome a confiar, a mantener la curiosidad y a rendirme ante el flujo de lo que es. Cada experiencia, cada ceremonia, cada conversación, cada montaña, selva, río y camino se ha convertido en parte de una historia mucho más grande que hoy siento el llamado de compartir.
