There are moments in life when everything feels uncertain. Times when we’re not sure whether to follow the voice of our heart or the expectations the world has placed upon us. For me, that turning point was when I decided to let everything go and begin again. That was the moment Viajera Libre was born—not just as a project, but as a way of life. A deep calling from my soul to explore, heal, and create.

I grew up between two worlds, learning to navigate life through different cultures and languages. But it was only when I released the structures that were limiting me, when I said goodbye to a life that no longer felt like mine, that I discovered true freedom. I packed my dreams into a backpack, boarded a plane to the unknown, and let the road transform me.

My first big journey took me across South America and then to other countries where spirituality, connection to the Earth, and creativity showed me a new purpose. It was on those paths—in front of sacred fires, in temples, in the jungle and the sea—where I realized there was no turning back. My life would be a journey back to myself.

Viajera Libre began as a blog to share my experiences and insights, but it quickly became a platform for holistic wellbeing, creative expression, and spiritual guidance. Today, I support others in reconnecting with their truth, remembering their power, and living in alignment with their heart.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned along the way, it’s this: dreams don’t come true unless you have the courage to take the first step.
Sometimes it feels impossible. Sometimes it’s scary. But on the other side of that leap is freedom—the kind of freedom that comes not from the outside, but from living a life aligned with your purpose.

So today I tell you:
Don’t stop following your dreams.
Don’t ignore that quiet voice calling you to something greater.
Trust. Walk. Believe. And remember, it’s never too late to begin again.

No dejes de cumplir tus sueños

Hay momentos en la vida en los que todo parece incierto. Momentos en los que no sabemos si seguir lo que dicta el corazón o lo que la sociedad espera de nosotros. Para mí, ese punto de inflexión fue cuando decidí soltarlo todo y empezar de nuevo. Fue así como nació Viajera Libre, no solo como un proyecto, sino como un estilo de vida, un llamado profundo de mi alma a explorar, sanar y crear.

Crecí entre dos mundos, aprendiendo a navegar la vida desde distintas culturas y lenguajes. Pero fue al soltar las estructuras que me limitaban, al despedirme de una vida que ya no me representaba, que descubrí la verdadera libertad. Empaqué mis sueños en una mochila, me subí a un avión con rumbo a lo desconocido y dejé que el camino me transformara.

Mi primer gran viaje me llevó por Sudamérica y luego por diferentes países donde la espiritualidad, la conexión con la tierra y el arte me mostraron un nuevo propósito. Fue en esos caminos, frente al fuego, en los templos, en la selva y el mar, donde entendí que no había marcha atrás: mi vida sería un viaje de regreso a mí misma.

Viajera Libre nació en 2010 como un blog para compartir mis experiencias y aprendizajes en mis viajes, pero rápidamente se convirtió en una plataforma de bienestar holístico, de expresión creativa, de guía espiritual. Hoy acompaño a otras personas a reconectar con su verdad, a recordar su poder, y a vivir en coherencia con su corazón.

Si hay algo que he aprendido en todo este camino es que los sueños no se cumplen si no tienes el coraje de dar el primer paso. A veces parece imposible, a veces da miedo, pero del otro lado del salto está la libertad. Esa libertad que no viene de lo externo, sino de vivir una vida alineada con tu propósito.

Así que hoy te digo:
