Dedicating a few words to my masculine energy has taken me much more than I could have ever imagined. I began this journey into the unknown, exploring and healing my masculine energy over a year ago, because it was only at that moment that I truly felt the call to compassionately connect with that part of me I had rejected throughout my path in this life—out of fear, rejection, resentment, and pain that were present not only in my emotional body but also in the traumas and wounds of my lineage.

That’s when I decided to finally work on and give attention to what my soul had been asking for: this process of reconciliation between my feminine and masculine energy. And I’ve gone through many experiences to truly connect in a healthy, compassionate, and open way with this energy. It’s not exactly about welcoming a masculine figure into your life, as I once thought. Whether or not I had a partner beside me wasn’t really what was necessary to finally heal, balance, and align this union of energies that we all carry within our energetic body, regardless of gender.

I chose to be guided by the universe, letting go of control, resistance, and all the ideas and beliefs I had acquired throughout my human experience and conditioning. Now, looking back, I feel very proud of myself for daring to release everything I thought was known, familiar, and safe, in order to finally explore the dance and play of both energies within me—without expecting someone else to make it happen for me. Achieving this emotional independence outside of any relationship dynamic—be it romantic, family, friends, community, etc.—has been a challenge, but I am finally listening to myself and giving myself everything my soul, body, and spirit ask for, day by day, moment by moment, in the full presence of my being.

I feel grateful, blessed, and deeply fortunate to finally welcome my masculine energy into my life, with an open heart, full of love, compassion, and presence to walk this journey and begin this adventure of union together.

Balanceando mi energía masculina y femenina desde adentro.

Dedicarle unas palabras a mi energía masculina me ha tomado mucho más de lo que pude haber imaginado. Empecé este viaje a lo desconocido explorando y sanando mi energía masculina hace ya más de un año, porque fue hasta ese momento que en verdad sentí el llamado de conectar compasivamente con esa parte de mí que había rechazado durante mi camino en esta vida, por miedo, rechazo, resentimiento y dolor que estaban presentes no solo en mi cuerpo emocional, sino también en traumas y heridas de mi linaje.

Fue así como decidí trabajar y darle finalmente la atención que me estaba pidiendo mi alma a este proceso de reconciliación de mi energía femenina con mi energía masculina. Y han sido muchas las experiencias a las que me aventuré para realmente conectar sanamente, compasivamente y abiertamente con esta energía. Y no es exactamente aceptar a una figura masculina en tu vida, como pensé. El tener una pareja o no acompañándome en este proceso no era lo que realmente era necesario para finalmente sanar, balancear y equilibrar la unión con estas energías que todos tenemos en nuestro cuerpo energético, independientemente de nuestro género.

Decidí dejarme guiar por el universo, soltando el control, la resistencia y todas las ideas y creencias que había adquirido a lo largo de mi experiencia humana y condicionamiento. Ahora, viéndolo todo en retrospectiva, me siento muy orgullosa de mi ser por atreverme a soltar todo lo que creía conocido, familiar y seguro, para finalmente explorar el juego y baile de ambas energías dentro de mí, sin esperar que alguien lo disponga para mí. Lograr esta independencia emocional fuera de cualquier dinámica de pareja, familiar, amigos, comunidad, etc., ha sido un reto, pero finalmente me estoy escuchando y me estoy dando todo lo que mi alma, cuerpo y espíritu me piden día a día, momento a momento, en la presencia absoluta de mi ser.

Me siento agradecida, bendecida y muy afortunada de darle finalmente la bienvenida a mi energía masculina a mi vida, con un corazón abierto, y lleno de mucho amor, compasión y presencia, para caminar este viaje y empezar esta aventura de unión juntos.
